This Valentine’s Day, join us at MV for a three-course set menu with a glass of Ayala Champagne on arrival.

Bookings start from 5pm.

1st Course:
Sourdough rye, garlic butter

Chorizo & smoked Scarmorza croquettes, honey mustard Aioli

Scallop tartare, Beurre Rouge, almond pangratatto

2nd Course:
Slow cooked brisket, corn tortilla, Bagnetto Rosso, Ricotta Salata, soft herbs

Kingfish, confit cherry tomato sauce, soft herbs

Iceberg Wedge, crispy prosciutto, shallots, blue cheese dressing

3rd Course:
Gianduja Chocolate mousse, Chantilly, macerated berries

Limoncello tiramisu, white chocolate, fresh berries
